Metropass thanks those who registered in the website and those who answered the Metropass survey at the MRT by giving them a chance to win great prizes in June 2008's weekly and month end raffle draws.

Metropass will be conducting a survey at the MRT stations. Respondents of the survey will be given a five peso (Php 5.00) discount coupon, which can be used on any items purchased at the Metropass kiosks. The coupon also serves as a proof of entry to the Metropass raffle. Below are the dates of the survey:

  1. May 30, 2008 (Friday)
  2. June 5,2008 (Thursday)
  3. June 5,2008 (Friday)
  4. June 10, 2008 (Tuesday)
  5. June 13, 2008 (Friday)
  6. June 17, 2008 (Tuesday)

METROPASS RAFFLE MECHANICS
  1. WEEKLY RAFFLE DRAW
    1. Qualifications to join


      2. To join, entrant must have done either of the following:
      1. Answered the Metropass Survey conducted at the MRT stations (Respondents of the survey are automatically entered to the Weekly Raffle Draw. Respondents must register in the website with a coupon number to join the Major Raffle Draw.


      2. Registered in the Metropass website

    2. Prizes
      1. A draw will be held weekly every Friday for the whole month of June. The schedule of the draws are as follows:
        1. June 6, 2008
        2. June 13, 2008
        3. June 20, 2008
        4. June 27, 2008

      2. A respondent can only have one entry to the weekly draw. Each week, the following prizes will be drawn.


        3. Quantity Description of Prize
        10 E-Load worth P100.00

    3. Winners
      1. An entrant can only win once in the weekly raffle draw for the whole month of June


      2. The winners of the prizes will be announced through the Metropass website. Winners will also be notified through their mobile phone and E-mail.


      3. Prizes will be sent to the winners via E-Load through their mobile phones.


      4. Winners must have had registered in the website to be able to claim their prize. Last day of registration is on July 25, 2008.


      5. Prizes not claimed after July 25, 2008 will be forfeited.


      6. Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash.

    4. Other Terms and Conditions
      1. Prizes are subject to availability and supplier's restrictions. Metropass Systems Inc. may without notice, withdraw or substitute any prize with comparable value and nature


      2. All decisions of Metropass Systems Inc. and its agents are final and no objections will be entertained.


      3. Employees of Metropass Systems Inc., their affiliates, distributors, and as well as their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in this promotion.


  2. MONTH END RAFFLE DRAW
    1. Qualifications to Join


      2. To join the month end raffle draw, the respondent must do the following:
      1. Answer the Metropass survey at the MRT station


      2. Register in the Metropass website with the coupon number. Last day of registration is on July 25, 2008

    2. Prizes
      1. The month end raffle draw will be held at the Metropass Systems Inc. head office on July 31, 2008.


      2. A respondent can only have one entry to the month end raffle draw. The following major prizes will be drawn.


        3. Quantity Description of Prize
        1 Nokia 2630
        2 E-Load worth P1000.00

    3. Winners
      1. An entrant who won in the weekly raffle is still eligible to win the month end raffle.


      2. An entrant can only win once in the month end raffle.


      3. The winners of the prizes will be announced through the Metropass website. Winners will also be notified through their mobile phone and E-mail as to when and where they can claim their prizes.


      4. In claiming the prize, the winner must present the following documents:
        1. Coupon with the winning control coupon number
        2. Two (2) original valid identification documents such as driver's license, passport, birth certificate, SSS, or school ID. The IDs presented (singly or collectively) should show the following information below, or else will not be accepted as valid proof of identification.
          1. Full Name
          2. Date of Birth/Age
          3. Signature
        3. In case the winner is unable to present the coupon and/or two (2) original and valid ID's acceptable to Metropass Systems, he/she must submit two (2) sworn affidavit of two (2) disinterested persons attesting his identity; and a certification from the responsible municipality/city stating that the winner is really a resident of the municipality/city.

      5. In cases wherein the winner cannot personally claim his prize for any reason, he can send a proxy on his behalf. The proxy should be able to present the following:
        1. A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the proxy as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winner's behalf.
        2. Two (2) original and valid ID's of the winner (singly or collectively showing his full name, date of birth or age, and signature.
        3. Two (2) original and valid ID's of the proxy.
        4. Original copy of the discount coupon with the winning coupon control number.

      6. Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash.


      7. Prizes not claimed after August 20, 2008  will be forfeited.
